This Privacy Policy applies to witham.tech and information you provide when you contact Witham Tech (Woodridge, Illinois). It is intended for a U.S. audience.

Scheduling information when you use our scheduling widget (see Calendly below).

If you become a client, we may access or configure systems and tools as needed to perform the services described in your SOW (for example endpoint protection such as Bitdefender and remote support tools such as AnyDesk). The SOW and engagement practices define what is accessed, how long, and for what purpose. This Privacy Policy does not replace those contractual terms.

4. How we use information

We use information to operate the Site, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, deliver services, bill and collect payment (when applicable), protect against fraud or abuse, comply with law, and improve our operations.

5. Sharing and processors

We share information with service providers (“processors”) who help us run the business, such as:

Email and communications providers (for example Google Workspace) used to send and receive messages.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

6. Hosting (Firebase / Google)

The Site is served using Firebase Hosting, which relies on Google infrastructure. Google processes certain technical data to deliver the Site and operate the service (for example networking, security, and abuse prevention).

This Site is a static website. We do not use the Firebase client SDK on these pages for analytics or push notifications.

7. Analytics and messaging

We do not use Google Analytics on this Site. We do not use Firebase Cloud Messaging or web push notifications on this Site. If that changes, we will update this Policy.

8. Retention

We retain information as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of contact information we hold, subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs (for example billing records). We may need to verify your request.

11. Minors

The Site is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from minors under 18 without verifiable parental or guardian consent where such consent is required by law.
